Shipping Availability

We ship to addresses within North America only (United States and Canada). We do not ship to PO Boxes or international destinations outside North America.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, inventory availability, or other operational factors.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected carrier. We ship using UPS and USPS.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders over $75 (USD) before taxes, subject to change without notice. Free shipping eligibility is determined at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available once the order has shipped. Carrier scan delays may occur and do not constitute a failure to deliver.

Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for shipments delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for damaged packages must be reported within a reasonable timeframe and may require supporting documentation.
